Cool, firm, tart nose, still reductive, yeasty and vegetal aromas, hint of tobacco and bacon, prominent yellow spice, fairly restrained partly dried and candied yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes. Firm, fairly tart creamy, restrained fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, prominent ripe tannins, dried vegetal and herbaceous aromas, some black berries, black olives and prominent dark mineral notes, bot hwarm and cool elements, delicate oily traces in the background, full-bodied, but also has bite, some depth, cool spicy mineral notes and light spicy vegetal notes on a very good juicy finish. Clearly Mediterranean style.
