Firm nose, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow fruit aromas, light floral aromas, hint of bacon, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, some sugar candy and yellow spice, more vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, persistent, good substance and depth, hint of tobacco, prominent earthy and stony mineral notes, peppery traces, some grip on a very good, fairly juicy, spicy finish.
