2005 Kamptal Ried Steinhaus Riesling trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Clean nose with peaches and citrus, honeydew melon, prominent mineral notes, intense spicy dried herbs. Lots of tart spicy mineral notes on the palate, again more dried herbs, elegant, lively acidity, fruit is quite juicy, but currently pushed into the background, nevertheless has good presence on the palate, creamy, quite firm structure, slightly rough tannins, good finish.
