Firm nose with prominent mineral notes, also prominent peppery notes, herbaceous, ripe pomaceous fruit, partly dried and candied citrus fruit. Ripe, spicy, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, tart herbaceous notes, yeasty traces, prominent mineral notes, still very young, elegant acidity, delicate hint of carbon dioxide, sugar candy, full-bodied and persistent, very good finish.
