2013 Kamptal DAC Ried Kittmannsberg Grüner Veltliner Reserve trocken Erste Lage, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Almost cool, clearly vegetal nose with very light yellow fruity notes, nutty traces and a hint of herbs. Clear, ripe and juicy, again bright fruit, warmer than in the nose, but also with cool elements, fine acidity, a hint of mustard pickles on the palate, very fine acidity and some grip, lots of sweetish melting, a little yellow spice, mineral tones in the background, very good, again sweetish-juicy finish with a little white tea and vanilla. A little past its prime, but without age.
