Firm nose, nutty and yeasty notes, ripe, mature yellow fruit, herbaceous aromas, some mustard, floral traces, peppery traces, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, rather sweet fruit on the palate, floral, delicate hervaceous and fairly prominent yeasty aromas, elegant acid bite, sugar candy in the background, some more pepper and a touch of sweet mustard, persistent, has some depth, still largely undeveloped, noticeable mineral notes in the background, quite salty, floral traces, quite complex, still young, very good finish. Should be able to develop for a long time, but is not really dry.
