Deep tart nose, prominent vegetal and intense mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, tree bark and pepper, hint of red berries, buttery traces in the background. Ripe, fairly juicy and concentrated fruit on the palate, nutty notes, hint of tobacco, some yellow spice, very elegant acidity, hint of butter again, persistent, good substance and depth, earthy and mineral notes, sweetish and creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of bacon in the background, some more tree bark, dried mushroms, still compact and undeveloped, some sugar candy, salty mineral notes, very goodd long, juicy, spicy, creamy finish.
