Firm, deep nose, light vegetal, herbaceous, yeasty and nutty notes, elegant yellow fruit, hint of tobacco and some olive oil, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly sweetish and creamy fruit on the palate, concentrated and full-bodied, very elegant acidity, persistent, elegant herbaceous and floral aromas, hint of red berries, mineral notes in the background, appears deceptively soft through its light sweetness and creaminess, but also has backbone and grip, good depth, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very fresh butter, quite complex, prominent mineral notes on a very good, elegant, spicy, juicy finish.
