Editor note: Firm nose, light vegetal and nutty notes, tart yellow fruit aromas, light spicy notes, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, firm, creamy fruit on the palate, moderate acidity, very creamy, full-bodied and spicy, persistent, touch of sugar candy and caramel in the background, prominent mineral notes, light grip, good depth, very good, firm, creamy, ripe, juicy and spicy finish.
