First signs of maturation on the nose, cocentrated and deep, prominent vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes, delicate yeasty notes, light yellow fruit aromas, partly dried floral notes. Firmly structured, concentrated, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, intense, tart mineral notes, prominent vegetal and herbaceous aromas, elegant, fairly lively acidity, full-bodied, but remains fairly cool, excellent depth, still undeveloped, yeasty traces, complex, nutty traces, peppery traces, more intense mineral notes on a long, juicy, tart, spicy, grippy finish.
