Herbaceous and mineral notes on the nose, very light hint of bacon, yeasty traces, tart yellow fruit aromas, peppery traces. Firm, ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, surprisingly cool style, herbaceous notes, yeasty and nutty traces, prominent mineral notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, floral tracfes, good depth, light tannic grip, still young, very good, firm finish.
