Fairly cool nose, light nutty and yeasty notes, light yellow fruit, floral traces. Tart fruit on the palate, vegetal, yeasty, floral and light nutty aromas, elegant acidity, light grip, good substance and persistence, full-bodied, integrated but noticeably high alcohol, noticeable mineral notes in the background, still very young, very good, fairly juicy finish.
