Nose still slightly restless with prominent yeasty notes, partly dried apples, stone fruit and citrus fruit, gooseberries, spicy vegetal and mineral notes. Cool, elegant and juicy on the palate, delicate, harmonious sweetness, spicy mienral notes, yeasty and herbaceous notes, elegant, lively, refreshing acidity, persistent and complex, still very youthful, full-bodied and yet elegant, medium depth and length.
