Editor note: Fairly cool herbaceous nose, earthy and mineral notes, pomaceous fruit and some stone fruit, light citrus notes and a hint of yeast. Clear, lively, juicy fruit on the palate, more herbaceous and light yeasty notes, fairly persistent, lively acidity, mineral notes in the background, good grip and very lively, very refreshing, good finish.
