Translate to English Fester, dabei noch unruhiger, ziemlich würziger und kräuterig-vegetabiler Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen und deutlicher Mineralik. Herb-saftige, relativ kühl wirkende, eher zurückhaltende Frucht, getrocknet-pflanzliche und leicht nussige Aromen, feine, lebendige Säure, mürber Gerbstoff, intensive Mineralik am Gaumen, nachhaltig, straff und recht tief, noch wenig entwickelt, hat Biss, sehr guter, herber Abgang mit tabakigen Noten.
