2017 Michelbach Apostelgarten Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

First signs of maturity on the nose, sweetish with partly candied yellow fruit, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light floral and earthy notes, touch of resin, still has yeasty traces. Fairly sweet, partly candied juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, elegant acidity, still slightly muted by light tannins, good persistence, earthy and salty, chalky mineral notes, some depth and grip, touch of yellow spiuce, some sugar candy on a very good, rather sweet finish.
