2015 Gambach Kalbenstein Spätburgunder trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart nose, light nutty notes, touch of old oak, red and a few black berries, earthy and dried floral traces. Tart, very slightly muted fruit on the palate, light toasted, nutty oak, fine, sandy, ripe tannins, smoky traces, good persistence, dried vegetal and earthy notes, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of bacon and mushrooms, ver slightlyastringent ona good to very good finish.
