2017 Brut Pinot Cuvée, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Yeasty and light nutty notes on the nose, light herbaceous notes, mature pomaceous fruit, dried flowers and a touch of yellow spice. Yellow fruit and vegetal notes on the palate, nutty and yeasty aromas, touch of yellow spice, medium-fine mousse, light tannic grip, some oak, fairly persistent and fairly full-bodied, very slightly astringent on an average to good finish.
