Light vegetal notes on the nose, earthy and delicate yeasty traces, pomaceous fruit with a touch of citrus. Clear, polished, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, tart mineral and cool fresh vegetal notes, elegant, lively acidity, fairly persistent, nutty traces, some bite on a good, cool finish.
