Cool nose, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notess, green and yellow fruit aromas, floral and mineral traces. Clear, juicy, ripe fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, sweetish and creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, vegetal aromas reminiscent of green asparagus, good substance and persistence, mineral notes in the background, hint of elderflowers, very good, ripe, creamy, juicy finish.
