Recht saftige und etwas schmelzige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht, mineralische, leicht kräuterige und pfeffrige Würze, lebendige, feine Säure, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff am Gaumen, mittlere Kraft, gute Nachhaltigkeit, eine Spur rau und nachtrocknend im guten, recht saftigen und wieder herb-würzigen Abgang.
