Mürbe, recht herbe Frucht im Mund, kräuterige, hefige, wieder nussige und vegetabile Aromen, erdig-mineralische bis salzige Anklänge, passende Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, noch ein wenig unentwickelt, ordentlicher, wenn auch noch leicht bitterlicher und rauer Abgang mit mineralischen Tönen.
