Translate to English Tiefer, kühler, deutlich vegetabiler, etwas kräuteriger und zart gewürziger Duft mit floralen Nuancen, ein wenig schwarzen Beeren, recht deutlicher Mineralik, Kapernbeeren und angedeutet gelben und grünen Früchten. Fest, konzentriert und herb-saftig im Mund, zurückhaltende, recht dunkle Frucht mit deutlich kräuterig-vegetabilen und pfeffrigen Aromen, leicht floral am Gaumen, griffig und nachhaltig, feine, lebendige Säure, schwarzbeerige Aromen, eine Spur Wacholder, deutliche Mineralik, hat Kraft, ziemlich robuster Stil, sehr guter Abgang mit herben nussigen und wieder an Kapern erinnernden Tönen.
