Translate to English Fester, deutlich vegetabiler, leicht hell-floraler und minziger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen und angedeutet speckigen Noten. Reife, saftige Frucht, wieder mit deutlich vegetabilen Aromen, feine, lebendige Säure, ein wenig Rauch und Speck am Gaumen, erdige und salzige Mineralik, gute Substanz, nachhaltig, leicht süßlicher Schmelz, etwas Olivenöl und ein Hauch grünen Pfeffers, sehr guter Abgang. Muss etwas reifen.
