Translate to English Kühler, kräuteriger und vegetabiler Kernobstduft mit Zitrusnuancen, einer Spur Hefe und mineralischen Anklängen im Hintergrund. Reife, recht saftige Frucht mit feinen vegetabilen Aromen und Kräutertönen, geschliffene, lebendige Säure, etwas Olivenöl im Hintergrund, gute Nachhaltigkeit, zart süßlicher Schmelz, etwas Tiefe, recht deutliche Mineralik, noch jung, sehr guter, feinsaftiger und wieder ein wenig schmelziger Abgang mit zartem Griff.
