Translate to English Kühler, hefiger und pflanzlicher Zitrusduft mit deutlichen, hellen erdig-mineralischen Tönen, Kräutern, ein wenig Pfeffer, Pfirsich und nussigen Spuren. Reife, saftige, zart süßlich-schmelzige Frucht mit an Pesto und Olivenöl erinnernden frisch-vegetabilen Aromen, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, gewisse Tiefe, helle erdige und salzige Mineralik, noch jung, etwas Griff, gute Substanz, sehr guter, saftiger, ganz zart speckiger Abgang mit kräuterigen und mineralischen Noten.
