Translate to English Fester, herber, kräuteriger, zart pfeffriger und intensiv mineralischer Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, angedeutet schwarzen Beeren, Muschelschalen, etwas Kapern, Wasabi und floralen Spuren. Reife, fest gewirkte, absolut trockene Frucht mit eher noblem Saft, feinen pflanzlichen Aromen und noch etwas Hefe, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und dicht, helle Mineralik, ganz zart speckige und pfeffrige Noten, etwas Olivenöl, kompromissloser Stil, sehr guter, leicht schmelziger, dabei herber Abgang mit viel kreidiger Mineralik und pfeffriger Würze. Erstklassig.
