Astringent, slightly dried plant and mineral scent with restrained yellow and green fruity notes and nutty and floral traces. Bone-dry, finely juicy fruit, nutty, yeasty and fresh planty to herbal aromas, clear minerality, has grip, good substance and persistence, some enamel, some depth, has grinding and certain elegance, very good, tart finish with relatively cool juice
