2018 Appenheim Riesling trocken "Vom Muschelkalk", Rheinhessen, Germany

Firm, tart, herbaceous-vegetal and light yeasty nose, with restrained yellow fruit, delicate floral notes and prominent mineral notes. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, tart vegetal notes, floral and herbaceous notes, lively acidity, light touch, touch of sugar candy, mineral notes in the background, spicy traces, good to very good finish.
