Translate to English Hefiger, etwas nussiger und deutlich mineralischer Duft mit zurückhaltenden, herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen und einem Hauch Speck. Reife, konzentrierte, sehr saftige, dabei vollkommen trockene Frucht, feine Säure, kräuterige, hefige und pfeffrige Aromen, deutliche Mineralik, viel Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit und Tiefe, ein Hauch Kandis am Gaumen, eine Spur Kaffee und Tabak, sehr guter, fester, saftiger, etwas würziger und ziemlich mineralischer Abgang mit Aromen ätherischer Kräuter.
