Reife, etwas schmelzige, knochentrockene Frucht, sehr feine Säure, kräuterige, leicht pfeffrige und zart tabakige Noten, verhaltener Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig und recht dicht, ganz leicht ölige Töne, noch jung, deutliche Mineralik, gewisser Schmelz, fester Kern, sehr guter, fester, feinsaftiger Abgang mit einem Hauch Olivenöl, etwas Kräutern und Pfeffer.
