Rather tart, vegetal nose with herbaceous notes, pomaceous fruit, delicate nutty aromas and a hint of peppery spice. Clear, ripe, juicy, dense fruit, quite lively, fine acidity, nutty, somewhat yellow-spicy and vegetal tones, hints of yellow spice, delicately sweetish at the core, has grip, quite clear minerality, somewhat developed but still with life, very good, juicy finish with bite and some spice. Better than young.
