Onion-skin colour. Light vegetal, earthy and dried floral notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, vegetal aromas, hint of dried mushrooms, fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, dry fruit on the palate, more nutty notes, hint of dried mushrooms, very elegant acidity, light grip, persistent, good substance, delicate yeasty touch, prominent mineral notes, good depth, still young, fairly complex, medium body, quite polished, very good juicy, elegant, spicy finish. A pleasure to drink.
