Fairlycool nose, vegetal and light nutty notes, dried herbs, citrus with a hint of white and dark berries, touch of thyme. Straightforward, fairly firm citrus fruit on the palate, light fermentation notes, very elegant, livelyacidity, light grip and good persistence, green nuts and dried herbs in the background, very light tannic grip, salty mineral notes, very good cool, tart, juicy finish.
