Vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes on the nose, citrus and stone fruit aromas, prominent mineral notes, touch of ginger and mustard seed, hint of dark berries. More firmly structured fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yeasty and prominent mineral notes, elegant acidity, touch of yellow spice, hint of mushrooms, integrated tannins provide grip, persistent, full-bodied, veryslightly sweetish andcreamy, some depth, hint of bacon, very good finish.
