Onion-skin colour. Yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, hint of bacon, floral traces, pomaceous fruit, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins, yeasty and nutty aromas, hint of bacon and tobacco, good substance and persistence, full body, but also has some bite, floral traces, hint of red berries in the background, some depth, still young, mineral notes, very good, firm, juicy finish.
