2008 Horitschon trocken Cuvée Prelude, Burgenland, Austria

Clear, straightforward nose, partly preserved red berries and cherries, some black berries, hint of old oak. Clear, polished fruit on the palate, delicate vegetal and earthy notes, light touch of nutty oak, mature tannins, elegant acidity, salty mineral notes, persistent, good to very good finish.
