Clearly vegetal nose with subdued yellow fruit notes, floral and earthy notes and a hint of bacon. Tart, restrained fruit, prominent vegetal notes, herbaceous and earthy and mineral notes, lively acidity, floral and some more bacon notes, slightly touch, good tart, earthy and salted finish.
