Quite firm and deep scent of partly preserved black berries with herbal, cedar and coffee-spicy aromas, cassis, a little blood, slightly peppery and spicy tones and a little tobacco. Fairly tart dark fruit with dark cocoa notes, some liquorice and sage, fairly present, ripe tannins, a lot of strength, good substance and sustainability, light acid bite, tobacco and somewhat woody tones, cooling minerality in the background,, certain depth, very good, tart, firm finish with fresh juice, wood notes, herbs and bite. Has increased significantly since the first rehearsal.

Editor note: Clear, rather tart nose, black berries, cherries and licorice, some herbaceous, floral and peppery notes, some mushy, tobacco and some earthy notes. Tart, firm dark fruit with prominent acid bite and fine sandy, still slightly astringent, youthful tannins, good persistence, earthy notes, some tobacco and licorice, a hint of citrus zest in the background, light oak, looks rather cool despite the high alcohol, good to very good , austere finish.
