Translate to English Kühle, vegetabile, einen Hauch reduktive Nase mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, erdigen Nuancen, einer Spur Kohl, Pilze und mineralischen Anklängen. Saftige, sehr süße, fest gewirkte Frucht, straffe Säure, pflanzliche und wieder auch leicht gemüsige Noten, nachhaltig am Gaumen, Kandistöne, deutliche, herbe, eher helle Mineralik, hat Biss, gewisse Tiefe, ein Hauch Kohlensäure, sehr guter Abgang. Nicht ganz sichere Prognose aufgrund des nicht besonders schweren, aber doch merklichen Böcksers.

Knackige, sehr geschliffene, süße Frucht mit präsentem Säurebiss, kühle kräuterig-pflanzliche und wieder erdig-mineralische Aromen am Gaumen, nachhaltig, feiner Gerbstoff-Griff und viel Spannung, gute Tiefe, hat gewisse Rasse, sehr guter, straffer, ungemein saftiger Abgang mit ganz zarten Bittertönen.
