Translate to English Fester, etwas nussiger und leicht kräuterig-pflanzlicher Duft nach reifen gelben Früchten mit deutlicher Mineralik, einem Hauch Speck und pfeffrigen Spuren. Reife, kandiert wirkende, recht süße Frucht mit nussigen Aromen, Kandis und Lack, feine Säure, viel Schmelz und gewisse Wärme, sehr feine Säure, Honig am Gaumen, gelbe Würze, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, ganz leicht gedeckt, tabakig-holzige Spuren, weiche Konturen, karamellige Anklänge, auch im guten bis sehr guten Abgang ein wenig Lack.
