Translate to English Tiefer, etwas kräuterig-vegetabiler, zart floraler und einen Hauch nussiger Duft nach reifen gelben Früchten mit deutlicher Mineralik, floralen Nuancen und angedeutet Speck. Reife, fest gewirkte, saftige Frucht mit Schmelz, aber auch Griff von viel reifem Gerbstoff, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, intensive Mineralik, bleibt daher bei aller Kraft kühl, gute Tiefe, noch jung, vielschichtig, zart kräuterig und auch pfeffrig im Hintergrund, sehr guter bis langer, straffer Abgang. Muss reifen.
