Restrained, delicately herbal and floral nose with bright yellow fruity notes and earthy-mineral traces. Lean, sweet fruit with present acidity, yeasty tones and earthy notes again, somewhat muted on the palate, some substance and persistence, floral traces, has bite, still somewhat muted and yeasty on the finish
