Slightly vegetal, herbaceous, delicate yeasty and floral hint of partly preserved yellow fruit with some herbaceous notes. Fairly light-bodied, sweetish and tart fruit on the palate, hint of wax, delicate floral and some earthy notes, elegant acidity, a hint of it on the palate, nourishing, sweetish finish, nutty and vegetal notes.
