Editor note: Tart, cool, firm, fairly deep nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, red berries, floral notes, some white pepper, prominent mineral notes, whiff of oak. Fairly firm, juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, some cocoa, light toasted oak, sone peppery spice, floral traces, hint of sugar candy, good substance and persistence, shows increasingly more depth with aeration, toasted notes, cocoa and mineral notes again on a very good firm, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
