ooms, predominantly red berries, delicately nutty, spicy old oak. Clear, cool, light-bodied fruit on the palate, more very slightly tart oak, light bite, fairly fine tannins, vegetal notes, salty traces, becomes more juicy with aeration, fairly persistent, firm bite on a good, firm, cool, tart, juicy finish.
