Light nutty notes on the nose, delicate vegetal notes, hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit, hint of asparagus, earthy and mineral notes. Firm and tart on the palate, restrained fruit, light nutty, yeasty and delicate smoky notes, light vegetal notes, fairly prominent acidity, good substance and persistence, chalky, salty mineral notes, some depth, still undeveloped, has grip and bite on a very good, tart finish.

Editor note: Fairly firm nose, light mineral and nutty notes, touch of yellow spice, tranquil yellow fruit, moderate oak, floral traces, pepper, touch of fresh leather, hint of mushrooms. Tart, ripe fruit on the palate, vegetal, nutty and prominent salty notes, lively acidity, slightly sandy tannins provide some grip, hint of tobacco and nutty notes, good persistence, fairly full-bodied, still largely undeveloped, hint of bacon, cool vegetal notes, citrus zests in the background, firm structure, very good finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
