1999 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Weißburgunder Kabinett trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Very attractive, elegant bouquet of candied citrus fruits, green apples and herbs. Supple, spicy fruit, youthful, clean and typical, elegantly proportioned acidity, mineral structure, fairly full-bodied, delicate bitter notes on the palate, very persistent, good length. No doubt about its class, but still needs some time.
