2000 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Silvaner Spätlese trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Initially still a trace of sulphur. Behind this apples, citrus fruits and some pear, with notes of minerals and spice. Firm, juicy fruit, very attractive acidity, profound mineral and spice notes on the palate, has power and body, very persistent, excellent balance, long finish. Needs time, will still improve.
