Translate to English Noch zurückhaltender, säuerlicher, etwas erdiger und ein wenig holziger Duft nach eingemachten roten und schwarzen Beeren mit vegetabilen Aromen. Fest gewirkt und feinsaftig im Mund, reife, dabei frische, fast knackige Frucht mit mineralischer, kräuteriger und leicht nussig-holziger Würze, feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, herb-nussige Anklänge im Hintergrund, gute Tiefe, noch wenig entwickelt, sehr guter Abgang.
